Depending on the region ikopedo development ratio ranges from\u00a0<strong>0.4 to 2.4<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Parcel\/Agrotemahio<\/strong>\u00a0can be understood to mean a plot of agricultural land. In Greece, it is allowed to build on these plots although development density is significantly different from ikopedo. At the same time, construction of commercial facilities is allowed on agrotemahio, for example, hotels, production facilities, as well as arrangement of solar parks generating electricity for subsequent sale. Moreover, development ratio in this case rises to 0.2. However, in order to obtain a building permit for a hotel, the minimum size of agrotemahio must be between 1 and 1.5 ha, depending on the region.<\/p><p><strong>For Parcel\/agrotemahio, the permitted building area<\/strong> <strong>for house<\/strong> depends on the area and is calculated as follows:<\/p><p>&#8211; On plots of minimum 4.000 sq. m &#8211; 186 sq.m.<br \/>&#8211; On plots up to 8.000 sq.m. &#8211; 186 sqm + sqm exceedind the minimum of 4.000 sqm multiplied by 0.018<br \/>&#8211; On plots over 8.000 sq.m. \u2013 280 sq.m. + area exceeding 8.000 sq. m., multiplied by 0.009<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Basic information Build-up areas.
